This thread is for discussing I'm A Celebrity ratings once the figures are released.

The launch episode attracted 8.9million viewers and a 35% viewing share. This is 200,000 more than last year's launch, which pulled 8.7million viewers (a 38% share).

Comparison:
2008 launch: 8.9million, 35%
2007 launch: 8.7million, 38%
2006 launch: 8.9million, 38%
2005 launch: 9.4million, 37%

Its a real shame that this show can get huge ratings when better quality reality shows like Big Brother are failing

Thats huge!! I know it probably wont happen, but the increase of XF and IAC probably may mean a little increase for CBB?? It will hopefully get better ratings than BB9 because CBB6 will be on in the winter.

Rubbish



This ITV show is nothing like Big Brother
it is in its own area.


Some of these Celebs had a choice Jungle or CBB in a closed block.
They took the best
as this is a Great show.



Big Brother can be great at times
it all depends on if they allow 24/7 Live Feed.


That is the one thing so wrong about this ITV show
we can not see what is going on,
ITV can not afford the Internet Live feed.

21:00 - I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! - 8.25m (33.8%)
*2nd show last year: 6.5m (26.6%)

Cant believe it did so well and almosy 2 million up from last years 2nd episode.
