Because what's the gimmick of naming someone as "favourite"? Why do you have to have one?

Surely it's a lot better to simply judge on their vocals each week. As opposed to picking a favourite and then just sticking with them regardless.

Some people actually watch the show, and vote based on the performances. And dont just worship an act like a cult just for the hell of it, regardless of how good or bad they do on the live show. Some people actually appreciate good music, and call it when they see it!

Totally agree, because then people become blind to the bad parts of their chosen favourite and will refuse to accept when they're bad and over hype them when they are good.

no. thats not the way it is meant to be. i judge them from the overall performances. from the very first. to the very last. the voters at home may feel differently. many shall judge them the way i choose to do. the end result shall speak for itself. diana shall win. her overall performances prove that. the judges agree.
