Yeah 2...

I would have picked no 1 but there is something on the right that is weird

I would make it a little more interesting... perhaps putting in other splats BEHIND the eye that are a different color? That would be cool?

More colors would be best (On one eye... so Red and Orange or Blue and Yellow)
