It reminds me of another song.

I love the tune but her voice seems a bit out of place on it!

Sounds alot like it to me, the reach out and touch me but is in the beware of the dog song too.

She has stolen it from depeche mode, or should I say "asked permission" and depeche mode shall get royalties.

Marilyn manson tried to do a version but nothing beats the mighty depeche mode, nothing!!

Not in the top 200 midweeks, apparently. Not surprised but it's so annoying when fierce songs like these get no promotion or w/e. Blame to Hollywood Records. Hilary Duff is better off without them.
