A home made video from of a disc, onto my laptop soi can put it on you tube HELP

if you open it from the disc you should be able to save to computer not uploaded to youtube but have directly loaded onto photobucket

It should give you an option through video maker or windows media. Ive never done it before, but its not complicated I dont think.
