Default College Interview...

What should wear?

Should I dress the way i normally do? Should I dress smart-ish??

Plus tips would be great for the interview?...

P&Q's !

I wore what I normally wear, a shirt of some kind and jeans. Depends how posh it is I suppose

And try to elaborate rather than giving like... one-word responses like "yeah". But don't try too hard in the interview, otherwise you'll stress out.

I just wore tracky pants and a t-shirt. Let my mum do most of the talking

I wasn't really asked many questions, just why I wanted to do the course and things like that. Then she told me things we'd have to do on it, and then that was it, finished.

My punctuality was on 45% too, and that never got brought up, so if you have bad attendance/punctuality then I wouldn't worry too much.

Just seem confident and eager (but not too manic, hahaah).

Mine was fine, because it was the 6th form attached to my school and I knew the man doing the interview. I was one of the higher achievers from my actual school cos it was a **** school (good 6th form though), so he was eager to let me through.

Yeah I couldn't get there I had noone to take me cos my mum isn't here atm, and my dad said he couldn't. So I just kinda stayed up late, and then my dad came in at 1.40 tellin me he could take me and I was still sleeping, and had nothing prepared/no qualification sheets.

Im really gutted though I atch cried lmao.

It was at college and I didnt wanna phone and ask cos this was already a rearranged one.

The first one I got the letter on 30th March, telling me I had the interview the same day but I didnt get it until I came home from school and by that time it had past.

Not my fault really but I still dont wanna ask.

Yes funny how some go Manic and get in a Panic state,
I would have Sex before going in
thus avoiding getting into that Manic Zone.

I do remember what I was wearing: a black suit with a grey tie. It really impressed the judges because none of the other candidates were that classy.
I do even remember I have slept like 2 hours because I went out clubbing the night before so I was almost asleep and still a bit 'away' but I nailed it.

Like some members already told you, be confident but not arrogant, nice but not boring, sell yourself but don't push it too far.
