That thread got locked... so that rule has been used. What Sam is saying is nothing is happening about the other rule.

Aye but at least it got locked, its a shame all the capitals and text language isnt being deleted/removed as well.

Well sorry. People who use txt speech only use to have some fun, I don't know anyone on here who uses it to talk normal.
