Ive eaten..
A bowl of melon. A bowl of pineapple with some raspberries. With a cup of Tea. Then moved onto 3 weetabix with milk and greek yogurt. With a pint of water. Now im on my 5th rice cake with water... I cant get full on healthy food?? I need crisps, chocolate, biscuits etc.... i am kinda full but not happily full. What fills you up thats healthy? Might have a carrot next. |
