With the army netting they are most probably using a secure unit theme. The scream probably refers to a war cry. An with all the injustice in the world and wars. Maybe it is using that as an aim

they always use army netting to disguise it from the helicopters

It shows nothing. It is just a visual effect. If that was the case, where was series 7's black hole? And series 8's rainbow in the garden? And last year, where was the glass smashing task?

It is just a theme. A design set. Nothing more.
