What and when do you think would be the best first twist?

I think this would be cool; taking it that 16 housemates arrive on thursday they should be split up by one of two ways - either the BB Bosses decide before hand, or (and i think this is the more exciting choice) the housemates are split up depending on which stairs they walk down. So lets say if you walk down the left stairs you go through a side door into a much nicer house, nothing too amazing just like a normal BB house with all the furnishings, the opposite of this years pics. And if you walk down the left your in the one we've seen pics for, then on Sunday theres a live competition (my brain hasnt thought of what sort yet :P) and the result of the competition determines wether the housemates in the house weve seen pics of join the others or vice versa!! Just popped into my head there thought it would be coool!!

I think it would be good if there were like 30 hm on podiums outside and the first 4 housemates pre-determined by BB get to choose thier housemates.... or if it was like a lottery of numbers so it was random who went in.

I think on launch night, Big Brother tells the housemates they have absolutely nothing, including beds, furniture, and even their suitcases.

As soon as they are all in the house they nominate for eviction in front of each other, and evict a few days later. I want the game to get started early.

When i saw the stairs last year, thats the first thing i thought, would be awsome. Also, i loved the twists in BB7 like golden housemate and the house next door. So excited and got big expectations.

The twist begins at the start of the show...

Davina announces that everyone who has turned up for the launch was given a number between 1 and say I dunno (100-200?).

When your number is called out, you're officially a HM - BUT - Another twist. You enter and leave the house in everything you're wearing on the night. Except of course your mobile phones, electronics etc.

No make up if you didn't bring it, tough luck.
