Default What is a decent ticket price?

Carrying on what my dicussion with Harry earlier that 350 dollars was far too much for a concert ticket.

How much is too much? Are some artists just greedy and charge too much?

Obviuosly it varies for shows, like small intimate gigs wouldn't be as much as huge stadium gigs but in general

*is rambling*

I wouldn't pay more than £50 for one ticket.

Best gig I have EVER EVER been to cost me £8, and I've been to some big gigs (Muse - best gig winners many years, Green Day, Blink 182 etc).

It was a small intimate gig but had so much power and atmosphere, I still remember it to this day. Absolute amazing.

For Take That I have paid up to 200(that was including accomadation though and off a dodgy site).Face value most was 50 pounds which I think is more than reasonable for the show they put on.

It depends on the venue and the artist really.. and the seats. For my Britney tickets the first time they cost £70 and were **** seats and the second time they were £61 and were amazing seats! haha.

See,that's the thing I loved about General Admission. They were all the same price, but it was up to you where you were. So someone stuck at the back, paid the same as me who was front row. It's much better for the dedicated that way.
