Something is wrong with you.
I don't know what but you need to find someone you trust and who has some wisdom and honesty for you.
Ask them "What is wrong with me" and then be quiet and no matter what they tell you just consider it.
Later stop and take a look at yourself. Ask yourself where you might be going wrong in perceptions and how you understand people around you.
How you value their behavior.

Really just take a few minutes to find out what is wrong with you.
Then work on it.
