Hi guys!

my dad is having trouble with his mobile phone ive looked at it but cant sort it so i wondered if anyone could help me?

He is able to recieve text messages but not send them? he doesn't have a full inbox/outbox and is able to make and receive phone calls? he has battery and credit too

He doesn't really use his phone a lot he's one of those people that takes like 1minute to write 'yes' lol!

Any ideas would be gratefully recieved, thankyou!

ye he has

sorted now phoned orange and they said its probably the sim so he getting a new one!
