I do believe Davina is paid an obscene amount of money,
however,
I will say this for the 10 year in a row - she IS Big Brother. Can't even imagine a BB without her.
She is one of THE main reasons and draws for me and clearly many others.

Here you get that old thing where she is paid what she is worth - even if that is an obscene amount of cash,
but,
who else would get it then?
Some producers?
Some 'suits' get that money?

If she is one of the main reasons for getting X-Million Pounds then why shouldn't she get that share?
She might as well.
If 1 million people want to spend one quid to see you - then you ought get that much.

I agree with you about the draw.......it would not be BB without Dav (mind you we've sad that about missers Dermot and Russell)

I suppose I'd miss all the gurning and awful exit interviews - she did as Dermot did - came in for the dosh, read the questions from script an hour beforehand prepared by producers and rarely watched the main show far less any live feed.

She is from an era when c4 went mad overpaying their 'stars'. I think it is good c4 dropped it - Sky would be more spectacular 2011 and we'd get tasks that weren't merely singalong/fancy dress as they've been reduced to last years.
