I was wondering why I could find last.fm on my xbox 360 so I googled it.
I found out that it isn't available in Ireland. I have an xbox live gold account and I am a last.fm subscriber, I pay them both yet I can't have the app because of where I live. I am so annoyed  I hate stupid racist Microsoft and last.fm
