Ok so I was wondering do you think Drink/Drug-Drivers who crash and kill someone should this be classed as murder? Its common sense not to drive when your intoxicated and I think if you kill someone while carelessly deciding to drive you have murdered that person!

You've killed that person. Not murder. Murder implies predetermination under law. It's manslaughter.

The law isin't like your head though. Naturally it needs to be very black and white and explicit with terms like these. 'Pounding booze before getting in a car could endanger people' is not premeditated murder. 'I'm going to kill that motherfucker over there and leave it in this note' is.
