I think she is hurt by the fact he doesn't feel the same way as she does, which is made worse by the fact she is in the same house as him and see's him everyday.
Rejection is a hard thing to have to deal with, and we have all been there, Cut Lea a bit of slack while she gets over him, and maybe her true self will shine through once again!!

Pete's really sweet, he obviously cares for Lea deeply as a friend but just - understandably - doesn't want to take it further. Lea just needs to accept that but it's obvious she's totally obsessed with him right now and just needs to cool it. It's freaking Pete out and he can't be himself because of all the paranoia surrounding him.

Yeah but i dont think he meant in in the way that Lea loves him, he loves her like you love your friends she loves him in a much more passionate way...or oh she makes out anyway
