It occurred to me today that the cast for 26 won't know how well Malcolm played the game considering the game had only just finished and aired. And it's obvious that 26 has already began filming.. Sooo will the cast even know of Malcolm?

Also did Malcolm have to fly out from 26 to the live finale? Or does that indicate that he didn't do too well?

Or did Malcolm not get asked to return?

When will they have filmed this? Would they have completely finished by the time of the Finale on Sunday?

It's been recorded already. They probably have the final vote locked away until the finale.
