Do you realise that you can't do so invisibly, that there is no signal in the house, that it could be anyone in his family or management team?

Even if he could sneak a phone in, get a signal and maintain a charge, his tweets could not be undetectable - an active twitter account from a HM would alert the production team surely?
It is much more likely that someone else is using his account - it definitely reads that way to me.
