For someone who is extremely materialistic, she's very vague about what her home looks like and how it is furnished. She's also very clever in not actually saying much about it, but just agreeing or disagreeing with what they are saying.

Notice the body language.

She puts her hand/fingers to her mouth - that's known to reflect deception and the feeling of being under pressure.

Obviously didn't expect detailed questioning about the alleged house in Kings Cross. I'm very surprised she was not subjected to this in week 1.

Perhaps the housemates are a bit more clued up about Gina than we think and have saved their questions for when it is likely to do the most damage, i.e. immediately before the final?

They must be total morons if they can live with someone 24/7 and not pick up on the blatant inconsistencies and contradictory aspects of Gina's alleged "rich girl" lifestyle.

That is what makes me think there's a possibility the other housemates have discussed this amongst themselves but decided to hold fire until now.

But - other than Dexter - they are probably not wily enough! Dimwits like Sam just want to come to London and spend some time staying (free) in Gina's luxury home.

Nobody, but nobody would say they live in Kings Cross. It is a railway station. At most they might say Kings Cross Area, but I doubt even that.
