I'm really sad about the finale !
It was so ridiculous, sad, it's not Big Brother !!! I am disappointed because all was bad !!!! I can't think Pete is the winner, Glyn is the best ! Do you think the Pete's attitude is like a winner ? Pete is ridiculous when he was alone or at the annoucment of the winner ! It's an attitude for a winner to do that ? I cannot understand your humour, I apologize for him! Even if I hate Aisleyne, I think she has a "winner" power, she's great !!! It was the worst finale in BB history !! Everything was annoying! It's sad ! |

Am trilled she didnt win! Or nikki for that matter.
My disapointments were: Glyn not winning Davina's interviews (they were rubbish, didnt ask them enough and she just sat there gushing at them saying well done blah blah blah) Pete doing his act of slap stick humour (appauling) Grace not chucking tea on snoozie! |

The final was a let down in my opinion, the interviews were crap, the pauses waiting for results were so long that i found myself switching off in places. Pete the winner hardly said anything - Davina hardly mentioned Nikki to him and Nikki stunned to silence was just stupid, i was looking forward to the finale but found it worse than normal eviction nights - at least the housemates get interviews then.

Final was boring and no Ooomph pete was boring. I thought he would of been more funny or excited. The interviews went too quick and were boring. To be honest none of the housemates were as good Big Brother 4 was the best with Nadia, Emma etc.. the lip glosss bitches. None of them were that entertaining this year apart from Ash but overall they hardly got drunk, went to bed early on their last night, always cried too much and bitched too much it was all about bitching instead of them all getting on and having good time. They should of partied more and had a better time.

oh ffs it was good, the crowd actually shuted up during the interviews and let the hms speak. I'm glad no-one got a big booing, and it all seemed fun and pantomine. There was no Makosi repeat, and i was pretty glad with the results (I didn't want pete to win but hey that's how it goes). This BB finale had a much better atmosphere than last years IMO.

The final was ok. I'd have been happier to see Glyn win it, and to see Richard come out after Aisleyne, but Pete isn't too bad as far as BB winners go.
He was quality entertainment for the first half of the show, but he lost my support when he went into sulk mode to be honest. Glyn on the other hand went from being relatively dull to being the star of the show at this point. |

Aisleyne should've won. She's had much more drama than any of the others. But Pete was genuine.

I thought it was an interesting final for a number of reasons. I must admit that I haven't watched a lot of BB7. After watching the final I now am a little sorry that didn't get into it. In many ways it reminded me of the final to Big Brother 2. The final three were very similar to Dean, Helen and Brian all those years ago. Richard, like Dean, was obviously the father figure of the House. Glyn, like Helen, was a young Welsh person justing starting out in the world and Pete, like Brian, was a friendly, amusing character that everyone seemed to love.
It was sad and uncomfortable to see Nikki booed and virtually reduced to tears. I wish that the audience could have been a bit more sensitive to the housemates' feelings. I thought that Pete's interview was very interesting. He has obviously had a tough life and it seems that the last year has been particularly difficult for him. His comment that he had forgotten who he was is a very accurate description of depression. I sincerely hope that he enjoys life and all the opportunities that will come his way in the next year. I have just read comments by Craig Phillips, the first ever BB winner. He thought that BB7 was overcomplicated. In 2000 when Big Brother started there were only 10 housemates. It was a lot easier to get to know their personalities. The show lasted for only 9 weeks and there were relatively few gimmicks. Perhaps less is more. What does everone else think? |
