Like a t-shirt, shirt nor polo shirt?
A fleece or sweatshirt Trousers/jeans I just realised Iv been wearing this polo shirt for over a week  (i change my underwear/socks daily  )I can wear a pair of jeans for 5 days and then change them, a fleece can easy last a week or more as long as i dont spill food on it
