A heavy thread for a Wednesday evening but where do you think manslaughter becomes murder - do you personally consider GBH which "accidentally" results in the death of someone as such, or would you best reserve the term for premeditated cases?

Premeditated.
There should always be a difference between intentional or not. Unless the act they committed was so violent that they can't have not known it would or could result in death. |
