I had never even heard off her before now

I am kind of neutral, but I do find the piling in and hate campaigns going on here distastfull. Revelling in someones misfortune just not feel right. From the reports coming from other HM's state that there was no racism.

If there was racism or even bullying, why did the producers not clamp down on it sooner, before it hit the headlines?
