I've watched about two thirds of last nights episode and you did need to know a bit of whats going on. There are always heavy implications that Tyle may be in a coma and imagining his experiences.

Have you seen the first series?

There are always people trying to contact Tyler to get him out of the coma. He's probably one of them.

I can imagine it might not appeal if you missed the first series. It really is worth watching though!
