Because if Coleen told him to **** off or go away she will have risen to his bait. She did the right thing and just ignored him...just like she played down his wind up the other night. She's doing the right thing...the others can see Spencer is trying to get a reaction and whilst Coleen isn't biting...her silence spoke volumes and instead of laughing those watching should have just told Spencer to cut it out...but they are all scared of him for some unknown reason.

How are they supposed to know from the other side of the room that she was annoyed, for all they knew she could have been smiling, it wasn't that bad and it certainly wasn't intimidating, the thing is she did rise to it as she had a right moan about it, I notice she didn't say anything to Calum though, as unlike gormless Jamie he would have told her to do one

So you dont think that was intimidating when you are trying to get to sleep?...so was Spencer just saying goodnight to her or was he deliberately annoying her?....annoying someone is the same as intimidating someone. It wasn't BAD but it was intimidating.

She really needs to get over herself. She never came to Nicola's defense against Spiedi. She never came to Chloe's defense against Kim's vile tirade on their first night in. She never came to Stacy's defense when she was being ostracized at the beginning of the series.

All those examples were a hundred times worse than an immature gnat, like Spencer, growling to wake her up. It wasn't even threatening as he kept breaking up in laughter.

She's such a hypocrite. I would have loved if even one of housemates would have pointed out this hypocrisy to her.

The thing is I probably would feel annoyed if no one defended me either (albeit not in that particular situation, I don't actually think what Spencer did was all that bad), but she needs to understand nobody is actually obligated to. It's exactly the same as what Nicola was banging on about the other night...it's your problem, no one else's
