Every now and then I would look at Arthur and try to think where it was I saw that face before and then it dawned on me that his family were part of a TV documentary, some years ago, with the title as it says plus another one later called 'Life is Toff.' They are a bad mouthed swearing family and the children spoiled, including little Arthur. I have put a link (from you tube) on the very first episode but if this has already been done by another member then sorry for repeat. I still like Arthur but now understand where he gets his attitude from.
