Default I dont hate India

Hey everyone,

I ve been reading the threads the past week and catching up when I can. My lil opinion doesnt count for much Im sure. I feel like I have to stand up for India because there is so much hate. I can see why - the woman has some serious problems and she does see herself as the victim. I do wonder why BB put people in the house that arent ready for it.
I have grown up in Brighton where gay rights and live and let live is the way of life.

I feel that in a group of other women - India was put on the back foot by production. I thought it was cruel - yes there have been other trans people on BB but never just with ''other women'' in the ''year of the woman''. I can imagine this situation made her really self concious and doubtful which is what I imagine she has felt all her life and she has always had to work extra hard to fit in.

I was and remain a Bear supporter - I know for a fact he would have lightened the mood and just gone up and snogged her. He would be clowing about treating her as a lady. But no one is there to bring commedy so far. Saying that, apart from Johny theres not one house mate I dislike.

I think this has the potential to be a great series - I just feel for India - yes she sounds repetive and a victim etc. I dont care. I think she has had a much harder time of it than the rest and she is trying to fit in as a woman and keeps being kept called a he.

The whole NHS debacle is not relevant - I have two friends training in the London School on Medicine and some Drs go to this field - the NHS is poorly managed it doesnt matter how much money you throw at it, its their decision to close hospitals and thats why people have to wait for opperations but if people keep voting conservative thats what you will get.

The last candidate for mayor of London against Khan was Goldsmith a tory with two siblings who each inherited - now think about this ammount of money £350 million each. This man with that wealth wanted to be mayor. He cant relate to working people.

I dont believe there is a cash shortage in the NHS because of people like India. Its because people and corportations do not pay their taxes.

Anne is a Tory. Who went on make over show - you should see her before that. She's out of place and thats why shes funny. I dont like her but I like her in the house. At the moment I am loving Ashley and Jess - I think they are beautiful and for some reason that what I want in this series.

Just my opinions so far and its been interesting to read of yours.

Yes and you wont remember but I do - that Bear stood up that BOOM guy and said he wouldnt have bullying in the house as it had happened to him. Just because Bear acted a fool he was a wind up - he was the best game player - but he included Chris - and everyone he never left anyone out.

Jesus the guy broke a few a eggs - thats nothing. Its really NOTHING.

I saw Bear as the underdog in that series - voted for eternal nomination - he totally changed it around. It was a great example of how to win the game.

Not Suprising the holier than thou brigade try and highlight that my support for Bear must mean that I am a bad person. Im Sorry he stopped ''Mob Wife'' from winning when he was 26 and she was 50 odd talking about how she doesnt need botox because she gives her husband BJ's everyday - what a desperate fake- Im also sorry he stopped spitting in his drink and up herself Aubrey ''no one knows who he she is and she acted like the dogs nuts'' pontificating about how she had sung in New York once - whoop di doo - yeah Aubrey still havent seen you since -
Bear beat them at the game.

If you think a '' Mob wife'' should have won maybe should have looked into her past - same with anyone else that year.

I don't dislike India, you can see she's got a lot of issues and is a very complex character, even if she has been caught out with the fact she's been to pride events and been pictured with drag queens.

So I have been to such events, living in Brighton, theyre hugely fun - however when you have to search for your identity thats precisely what you do - in Indias situation being around live and let live people is what you'd need!! The amount of people that come to Brighton is kinday unbelievable - PRIDE is massive.

Great post, and I agree with much of what you're saying (apart from the suggestion Bear should be there ). Being part of a 'year of the woman' series probably does compound a lot of her issues and anxieties.

I think what he means is that India said she's never been to a pride event and is afraid of drag queens, but on twitter last night some photos were posted of her at pride and being around drag queens etc.

It was a really idiotic thing for India to say - but I can see how drained she is - she hasnt been accepted and is an outsider, like we ve both noticed this is probably how shes felt her whole life and it must be intense. Saying this, she has to pull it together to get any support but she wont and if she doesnt cheer up, she should go.

I would counter that the reason she has not been accepted is because of her ridiculous behaviour.

My take on it is this: she has serious mental issues related to self worth. She has been allowed to be this way unchecked for years?? because of her desire to be a woman. Now that she has had the medical treatment that she wanted/needed, people quite rightly feel that she no longer has an excuse for those very same mental issues. So, people are understandably less tolerant of her behaviour. She still has issues, that's a given, but her whole journey doesn't appear to have resolved them.
