Smart or dumb Chelsea (That’s So Raven)?
I know the Chelsea everyone’s familiar with is the airheaded version but I bet a lot of people forget that she was actually as smart as Raven in Season 1. Did you prefer her when she had her wits about her or the progressively stupider version?
