If Sîan was in customer service and spent ages talking to each customer she would get the sack as this would leave customers waiting in line (or leaving in frustration).
Also the quicker she serves, the more cash is taken in to the business (i.e more customers served = more profit)

What is the point of going on a reality show to not talk much.

She's actually inferring there's been next to no one she'd talk to much, next to no one talking about much she'd want to, out of all the housemates there have been in the house this series.

She gets on my nerves, even just from the very little anyone's actually seen or heard from her.
