Once upon a time, if you needed to know something, you may go to a Book-shop or a Library and read about it.
But today, we have entered the completely new age of the Internet and all we need to do is Goooogle-it and suddenly, in a split second, the information we require is just there at a touch of a button. So, should we throw all our Books away and just not bother anymore? Is the Internet the complete answer to everything, which millions & millions of books used to give us the answer to? nodisharmony ![]() |

No chance! Internet is becoming better for research (though a lot of the info out there is dodgy) but even if they did start publishing books on the internet you would melt your brain spending hours reading them, not to mention pretty risky if you like to read in the bath.

I think books are better for entertainment, like fiction novels and stuff. The internet is better for information and its so easy to find!

But, for reference information, it is the Internet only for me. And I can't believe how books shops sell many reference books anymore. The internet must have killed that, surely... nodisharmony ![]() |

I can read books on the internet... and so internet. But if I couldn't read e-books, then I'd say books for leisure.

I love the net yet there is nothing like a good old book for relaxing and also for valuable research.
The amount of research I do for work my brain would fry if I did it all online ![]() |

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Both have their merits - but the internet is more convenient. I feel a bit more sophisticated reading books though, especially when I can say something relevant/interesting to a friend from it
