I don't do facebook, and this is a few months old so apologies if it's already been posted but a friend sent me this and i thought it was hilarious
 Basically people set up fake customer support accounts on facebook, like Argos, McDonalds etc and reply to peoples complaints, rather humorously (some are poetic genius).... https://www.boredpanda.com/customer-...ebook-profile/ |
