According to Dr. Ramani (who’s just amazing when it comes to all-things-narcissism) that need for narcissistic validation extends beyond the face-to-face level and onto the province of the internet (in the form of blatant trolls who post their nonsense day-in, day-out to get some kind of sick validation from what it is they want to taunt other FM.s with, and they’re allowed because a lot of moderators and dopey fellow F.M.s encourage and enable/allow them). But either way, has anyone on here been trapped in an actual vis-a-via relationship with a narcissistic person and felt drained and suffocated by their need to always get a piece of you (and inevitably everyone else around them)? How did you heal after such a toxic relationship?
