Yeah the Ski company rep apparently testified that he admitted that SHE appeared right in front of him !!


I’m amazed that he was allowed to ski on a busy downhill track when he had / has impaired vision !!!

It’s kinda bewildering that one moment he admits that he wasn’t sure if his daughter had phoned him and then seconds later he was revisiting their conversation word for word !


I think he’s just a simple fantasist who saw the chance to make a fortune !

Why was a 68 year old bloke skiing downhill when he was blind in one eye and had impaired vision on his left eye ( cataract) .. had a heart condition and just recovering from a stroke and heavily medicated !!


He’s presenting as a classic fantasist to my mind .

I 'm not sure I can agree he's an opportunist fantasist when he's only using for $330k. In the USA. In a case that involves a celebrity.

Fabulous viewing if ya like court cases .

The previous expert witness and the one on LIVE FEED now are so brilliant.

They’re basically blowing his case out of the water .. indeed one of his lawyers was getting very tetchy even bullying towards the previous lady a while back


I think Walter Mitty’s compensation claim is done now

He wanted 3 million but his brief advised it was way too much , i heard on news before the court case started.
