Simon Cowell has admitted that he wants Dermot O'Leary to quit Big Brother's Little Brother.

The new X Factor host has been filming for both shows all summer, but he recently complained about the long hours involved and hinted that he may not be able to carry on doing so next year.

Now Cowell has advised O'Leary to quit his job as presenter of Little Brother after seven years.

"I hope that next year he only does The X Factor," Cowell told The Mirror. "It's a much bigger gig."

I can't see Dermot doing it next year. I know he likes but he has said millions of times that he only chose to work on BBLB in the first place to use it as a stepping stone and it has worked. I say get T4's Steve Jones in to do it - A better looking, more talented version of Dermot.
