I dont think there will be a replacement for Dennis this week.
Surely we would have heard of it by now. Or maybe they will tell us something on BBLB tonight? but i doubt it

I don't think they'll replace Dennis at all. The week Stu entered, there was no eviction so they were technically one housemate up. Having Dennis removed and Sylvia evicted has brought it back to the right number of housemates.

I really hope they do put in another housemate, preferably 2 (girls) on Friday because the house feels so flat.
