What does everyone think of my avatar, I didn't want it to be too much, so just put a bit of writing on (First time making an avatar)

I like it! It's pretty good for a first.

My advice would be to use a bigger base if you're going to include text like that. Small 100x100 avatars are usually icons used to show off a graphic effect. Avatars with a bigger base give a better effect with the text - largely down to space.
