Default Least entertaining show yet :(

If you haven't seen today's daily show, stop reading here because this post contains spoilers.

The most entertaining people are being systematically evicted from the house! This has resulted in today's daily show being the most boring so far.

Let's take a look at the evictees so far:

Stephanie - watching sexy Stephanie sunbathing in her bikini could never get boring. If ever the editors were 5 or even 10 minutes short of good footage, just add that and our eyes will be glued to the screen.

Alexandra - Alexandra caused a lot of drama and entertainment in there. She wasn't afraid to stand up for herself and others and as a result had a lot of arguments. Also, she was a complex character which was interesting. She has an interesting background, strong beliefs, argumentative, and also very compassionate, always there to comfort a crying housemate.

Dennis - watching Dennis was so funny. He'd do splits on the table, up and down, and the way he dressed/spoke. I love how he acts gayer than most gay people. It's funny and entertaining. And he's so lovable.

Sylvia - sexy Sylvia loved to spice things up in the house. From her conflict of Stuart vs. Boyfriend to her food stealing to her manipulating the other housemates, Sylvia was always up to something and created a lot of entertaining storylines. She's a very rare kind of entertaining that even the other more interesting housemates were not in that she was not only good viewing herself but she solicited good viewing from a lot of the other housemates with her antics.

I just pray that today's sleep-worthy daily show will make the public (and producers as they are half-responsible for all this!) realize exactly what they're doing before all of the entertaining housemates are gone! This needs to stop or we'll have nothing good to watch.

Thank you for your time.

Has annoying suddenly become equated with entertaining? I must have missed that meeting. Alex, Steph, Sylvia, Dennis and now Jen (hopefully) were and are just aggravating, thats why people vote them out. I'm sick of hearing people saying "oh they always vote out the best house mates" meaning the house mates who cause the arguments, stress and trouble in the house, how is this entertaining? If you really do like watching confrontation and people being bullied may I suggest you could try watching something like Bum-fight or faces of death and leave big brother to people who want to watch people interacting without the underlying threat of violence, back stabbing and general unpleasantness.

Zatarra, why exactly do you watch the show? Deny it all you want, but what makes the show great is the gossiping, the arguing, the house dynamics and politics, the personalities, the romance, the intensity, the emotions... without that there would be no show! What exactly is your idea of entertaining? People sitting around and hugging each other? Doing exercise? Maybe they should just put Mohamed, Rex, Darnell, and Lisa in a house together.

Look, the fact is, you may think you aren't entertained by this, but you are, and you wouldn't watch the show if there weren't any conflict in it. That's why the ratings dropped dramatically after Charley left, even with the 5 new housemates to try to make up for it. People thought they didn't like her, but when she was evicted, it got boring so they stopped watching. And who would have expected anything less?

People have different opinions as what counts as boring and entertaining. Just because you like/dislike someone doesn't mean other viewers think the same as you.

For example, to me the most boring final would be Jennifer, Dale, Mikey, Lisa, and Stuart because they do nothing for me. But I don't expect everyone to agree with me.

Glad you agree. That's why people vote out the one's who only bring lies, bitching, ranting, backstabbing and general camera-hogging, so that the show can get going properly.

The fact is this year the 'entertaining' housemates are that way because of the bitching and fighting (all except kat) and most ppl hate that quality in a person so they're out. Yea its entertaining but these ppl aint stayin in till the end which makes me think there either needs to be random housemates added or (hopefully) a BIG twist that shakes things up. Or the last few weeks and final is going to be quite dull

Every year we get this debate. I can understand why people think the best characters go first but I dont have any problems with it. Imagine Charley(BB8), Jade(BB3), Nikki(BB7), Makosi(BB6) etc all in the same house. Personally I think it would be unwatchable. BB needs the neutral characters to make the bigger characters stand out.

I agree completely. BB should lock all the doors without warning (with some people in the bathroom, some in the living area, some in the bedroom, and some in the garden) or something like that to spice things up. I'm worried BB will become unwatchable soon. The last few days of Celebrity Big Brother 2007 were very, very dull for example, despite having some of the most exciting daily shows right before that.

Don't agree with this at all, Dennis, Alex and Sylvia just bitched all the time, I'd hardly call them fun.

Plus as soon as one so called 'big character' leaves, somebody else steps up, after Alex went, Sylvia stepped up, when Dennis and Sylvia went, Jen stepped up and with Jen going, Bex is starting to step up and after last night's live feed it looks as if Mario is ready to become leader of The Whisper Club.

So it doesn't matter too much when big characters leave this series because somebody else steps up and takes the prominent position.

Basically what it comes down to is you're just mad because your favourites have been evicted.
