This year some of the housemates seem obsessed with the prize money... luke keeps saying people are after the £100,000 prize money and other too...
i think its weird because we havent had this before people thinking like this and being so competitive about the end prize

I always think that i would like to be in BB for the experience and the fact that you are on BIG BROTHER!

Every year I actually forget that the winner gets money until Davina mentions it at the end.

People are obviously only interested in that this year rather than the experience. Even the word 'Game' is being used a lot this year where it was like a forbidden word before as people would assume HMs had a game plan.

Darnell's never said he's only in it for the experience. He's made it clear he wants the money. Where the questions come is whether or not Darnell's playing some crafty machiavellian game to get to the end. I don't think he is. I don't think Luke is either...if Luke's game were strong he would be befriending Darnell and Kat, not slagging them off.

Big Brother is about playing a game to win the money and this year we really can see that concept coming through
I would rather them obsess over the prize fund than fame, magazine deals and all that

Well Luke acts as though noone want's the money or wants to win. You go on there yes for the experience but most of it is for the money and fame of winning. Luke is obsessed with the prize money commenting everyone as they're only their for the money when in all honesty I believe he's one of the only people their for the money.

I would go in it for the experience, but people are just lying if they say they don't want to win, because at the end of the day, who would say no to £100,000. I would do it for the experience, but it's a great opportunity so go for it. It's £100,000 in your bank account if you win.
