Okay, I think the whole "erection" thing was ENTIRELY for the cameras. If Darnell had REALLY had an erection, he would have simply stayed in the pool and waited for it to go away! Der. He was just pretending to have one. Then when he got in the bath, suddenly his "erection" had mysteriously vanished.

My theory: Darnell was walking huddled because he was cold, then when someone else made a comment, he realized it was a good chance to get air time and decided to just go along with it.
