Two housemates will be required to run Big Brother’s 24-hour gelato shop, they will be required to be on hand to make ice creams whenever Big Brother phones for an order - finally, a 24 hour task!

Thee other housemates will take on the role of the “Three Tenors” - they will have to perform Nessun Dorma to the satisfaction of Big Brother to pass.

One housemate must become a fashionista, who will have to keep up with the current trends at the time.

Three other housemates will become two Italian footballers and a sports reporter. The footballers will be required to demonstrate the passion and drama of Italian footballers when Big Brother plays ‘Goalazio’ into the house, while the sports reporter learns to predict football scores.

Finally, two other housemates will become artists.

To pass the shopping task housemates must pass 3 or more of the challenges else it’s back to a basic budget of £1 per person per day.

After Kris read out the task to the housemates they set about assigning roles. Dogface and Sree will becoming ice cream sellers, Karly, Halfwit and Rodrigo will take up the role of the Three Tenors, Siavash is, perhaps unsurprisingly, the fashionista, Kris and Charlie are the footballers while Lisa is the reporter and finally Noirin and Marcus will become artists.
