I shower once a day in the morning, sometimes in the evenings too and sometimes I miss a day here and there, when I am having a slobby day at home

as long as you don't use shampoo on it all the time the oils will be ok with water alone

i shower every day bath about twice a week i used to bath every day sometimes twice but i don't like to waste water these days so stopped it

Yeah, but my hair is really thick and if I go in the water but don't wash it, it goes dried out? Oh well, I'll just try and avoid two a day, and occasionally washing my hair twice a day shouldn't be too bad!
