Well I know a couple of guys that are very muscular like Tom and they use whey powder and a high protein diet combined with a lot of weight training - NO steroids.

It is possible to look like that without doing roids.

It's v v difficult to be in that shape with out at least the occasional roid cycle.

The're are some very rare individuals who can get there. But the kind of genetic make up needed is so rare its fairly safe to say that Tom is no stranger to a cycle or two.

IF, and it is a big "IF" you were a personal trainer you would be able to spell out the words "personal" and "trainer". as you can not I would guess that you may not be a "personal trainer". Maybe you should go to the printers and get your business cards checked out and if necessary reprinted.

And your assumption that steroids are involved in his development, which I agree may appear to extreme for many, is based on what? Plucked out of thin air. IF he was on steroids he would be much bigger, and if you really were a personal trainer you would know that.

They never gave me a spelling exam.
And even with a truck load of Creatine you don't get that big

yeah, he may be bigger than schwarzenegger, but arnie is 70 odd years old.

anyway he is nowhere near as arnie was, he is not even near to franco columbu, although he too was a short chap.

thats just plain wrong and misinformed mate.

To get big like Tom takes a huge amount of effort even with steriods. Even with steriods you need to really pound the weights. you dont just inject your ass and then muscles pop just like that.

To get big and cut and pumped needs hours of crazy training, great nutrition and(almost always)roid cycles.

accepted GF, but you need to accept that you and others mistakenly fixated in the belief that he uses steroids are wrong. i can see why you have such strongly held beliefs, but his physique can be and has been achieved and maintained cleanly. i was being a tad light hearted about the smelling mistake, but i know about the lack of use of any chemical enhancements by the lad. the boys is clean, looks clean, is clean, and he would be horrified at the suggestion he would abuse his body with steroids. if you choose not to believe me, hey ho. fgood luck.
