In her current state, yes this would appear to be true, however Lisa is still the same charming reptilian freeloader that led the backstabbing, bitching and bullying earlier in the series.

If she gathers another gang of croneys no doubt she will do the same again.

She's just maintaining a low profile at the moment.... I'm actually finding it kinda interesting: wondering when she will explode again. She's simmering nicely at the moment; trying to gather her forces together.
