Certain people have repeat posts. Are these genuine mistakes or done on purpose?

It's a fault sometimes.
But sometimes it's people being to keen and clicking post 2 times

ive noticed one person does it a lot if not on every post. Ive never done it so cant see how people can do it to be honest.

There should be a 10 Second post time limit to stop this from happening.
