Default Bin Men Strike In Leeds

On Ch4 News , just now.

It has not be collected for 7 weeks
this is over a Pay Cut - they will not take.
Rats are having a Great Time
but the Stink is getting terrible.

On Ch4 News they said this could spread to many other Towns.

Once Again New Labour
says nothing at all about this.

If the rats are gathering and the stink is getting terrible, wouldn't you think the people would clear up their own rubbish, instead of waiting for the bin men to get their act together? Actually, the council - not the government, this isn't a government issue - has posted a statement and a list of public tips.
