Thank goodness for Nicola, the only one who has taken the time to sit and try to comfort him - he is absolutely gutted and looks on the point of tears. He feels betrayed because up to now he has viewed his management as close friends, now he just feels stupid for being so trusting. Wonder if he'll stay (I hope so).
