Breath in as much as you can, block your nose and drink a glass of water, don't breath out until you drink all the water. I promise it works.

I always tilt my head back quite a lot, take a gulp of water, and you can feel everything in your throat go down, it hurts a bit, but gets rid of them.

Hold your breath for as long as you can.... just goes for me!

... I look a bit weird doing it... I can hold by breath for about 3 - 4 minutes.... so I'm there for ages haha!
