Just think positive thoughts and you should be fine, it's normal to be nervous,many famous actors and actresses get nervous before shows and stuff.

Woke up this morning at 6 (bare in mind I normally have trouble getting up at half 7..) and felt awful. Tried to go back to sleep, didn't work. Tossed and turned for an hour, and now I feel completely ill :'(
