Post Photo: Back of Big Brother House & Rex Email

House still under construction?
Also email from Rex Features - Day Pre-BB at 2:57pm by Reporter: Alec

One of our spy’s has sent us a photo of the back of the Big Brother house, which makes the house look like major construction could still be afoot at the iconic house which is due to start early next month.

AmazingMumford, who lives near the Big Brother house, has been giving us juicy ongoings and activity at the house as has today sent us a private message via the Twitter platform about a crane turning up at the Big Brother house.

AmazingMumford then went out to take a much appreciated photo of this crane which looks like it is for the purpose of working on the Big Brother house.

Here is the photo:

We would like to draw your attention to the furniture in the foreground of the image that looks like it could be part of the BB11 furniture.

Our spy has commented saying that it would appear that the blue construction are internal components/fittings and are being taken into the house via the garden, which is the logical way considering how the house is built. He also said the the blue components look like it could tier on each other and could contain light boxes.

In other news, we have has an email back from Rex Features, and were afraid to say that the photographer of these images has stated that “the photos aren’t available for internet use”.

What do you make of the crane at the Big Brother house? Do you think the house is still under construction -or could this be a simple maintenance routine such as checking lights etc.

The furniture in the foreground is the BBLB set from last year. And cranes don't really mean much. In fact, I think cranes were always in use for high shots and for dropping in and out task stuff.

I'm amazed at how close you can get to the back of the garden. When you see it from the inside I always get the impression that it was really high above ground level, somewhere within the center of the building.

What I'm really upset that the photos of the garden aerial shots, are not available for use on the Internet, which to me seems a little far fetched.

The guy said he did see the crane turn up though, also if you look, there is wires coming from the crane going into the Big Brother garden.

When i went to the eviction, they did have a crane, but it was a platform crane.

Could be for anything. I don't think it's cause for panic. I reckon the majority of the house is completed, but tinkering will be going on perhaps right up to even launch.

I reckon the crane is for dropping in and out some large task aparatus to test out on the guineas or something.

Well it sure as hell doesn't look finished yet!!

No surprise with the "Not available" thing - they have to cover their backs for spoilers or whatever reason they sprout off about this kind of thing.

The Rex Features thing is stupid. Surely they'd sell them off to the press or something?

That's true, but then if the press don't want them, why don't they sell them off to fansites?

I can't see why they'd just want to have a bunch of photo's sitting there with no one using them

This. Very fishie. the email did say that the photographer wants alot of money for using them:

Hi,

Having looked into this I now discover that the photos aren't available for internet use - and the photographer expects a lot of money so I'm afraid I can't help you out with this.

Regards,

G***

The garden doesn't start until u get to where near the end of the crane, not the stem i mean but the squared part, i have been in there and i have toured all around the house and inside it plus the runs, i loved it i got some pics on profile

do u remember in BB3 when the balls got thrown into the garden and hit kate?? its just an arm throw away lol but a gaurd always stands at the gate so u can't do that now lol i tried when BB6 was in production lol i gt well told off lol.

i was also a contestant on last years BBLB QUIZ OF THE DECADE too i won the 1st round and lost the second all because "JACOB" did emi meani mini mo lol and it landed on me, i could have been that winner too. type in on you tube hathaway1987 to see wen i went into the house

That isn't the BBLB set, that is Brian Belos cage to put him to keep him around until BBBM starts and then feed him.

The most likely use of the crane is to move around bigger items such as platforms and steps, or even fencing at the front of the house, as the crane looks too far away to be lifting anything in or out of the garden.

There would be little point lifting anything into the garden anyway because most walls can be opened away relatively easily and much of the interior 'set' is built inside anyway.

There is actually another gate i think because the back gate to Elstree Studios is literally 2-3 metres from the garden and the gate looks different to this one.

Bloody hell. This is OUTSIDE the house. There is no way of telling whether the house is entirely finished or not. They've probably just dumped the crap (hence the old BBLB set) round the back, with the house itself being finished. You're all making a mountain out of a molehill.
